Big decision coming this Spring from the Supreme Court.....
Will gay marriage become the law of the land?
Yes..... even in the states where the voice of the voters has been clearly heard.
There is a strong case to be made that 2 of the judges will be legally / ethically / morally bound to excuse themselves from the case:
"There can be absolutely no question whatsoever that their judicial actions raise serious questions about their ability to be impartial when the matter comes before them for adjudication. Rather than being impartial on the matter, they have shown themselves to be gay-marriage activists and de facto members of the homosexual lobby."
Justice Ginsburg and Justice Kagan will have a great deal of thinking to do.
Either way, their decision will make things even more interesting than the major circus this is already going to be.
