Say what you will about Governor Rauner.
Some think he's doing fantastic.
Others think he's a louse.
But on this...... he's spot-on:
"We've got a dictatorship of one individual who cares about politics over people. Speaker Madigan is managing this process for political games, political gain in the primary election, not to help our students." (Governor Rauner)
Mike Madigan's legacy will not be one of leadership.
It will be one of destruction.
Such an arrogant jerk.
