Last 5 I Read
i don't get to read many books, or at least as many as i would like to. so, i try to be very selective with the ones i choose to make sure i choose wisely.
really liked this one a lot. put a whole new fictional.... Biblically fictional... turn on Luke's life. how the authors intertwine Luke and Paul's lives is really neat.
this one was amazing and hilarious. true stories from a lifelong funeral director. a really fun read.
best baseball book that i have read in a long long time. a really touching story from one of my favorite authors. (this is neither a crime book or a legal thriller)
another absolutely fascinating baseball book. this guy's life story is amazing. he was abused as a child. nearly died as a minor leaguer trying to swim across a river. rejected numerous times during his career. and yet he's persevered. a great read.
after reading this autobiography, i really feel like i understand Tony, which i didn't think i would ever say. although this book gets long in places, it's a great telling of the 2011 season, plus memories from Tony's 30+ years in baseball.
GREAT so far. and a Macon County IL book too!!
that said, here are my last 6:
i love Field of Dreams. same author wrote this one. it wasn't stellar, but had great... and weird... twists.

happy reading.
