Picture 1/4: Hay Bale

January 4

As I've previously discussed here on MattChat, I rang bells at the Salvation Army kettle several times this past holiday season.

One of those times was at the County Market in Decatur.  That morning, the store received a load of 100-125 bales of hay.  As I rang away, one of their minions was charged with the task of wrapping each hay bale in a plastic garbage bag to protect it from the elements.

He worked hard and was close to finishing the task when my shift was over.

Tonight, we were at County Market to pick up tomato juice.  There was 1 bale left.

Out for now....
