I went outside to roll the trash and recycling totes down to the street, and found this little guy:

Stuck between the 2 totes.

Deader than a doornail.

Stiffer than a manequin's touch.

Sure hope the poor guy didn't freeze or starve to death.  There's a whole bird feeder full of food on the other side of the house.

Maybe old age?

Sure hope I didn't roll the trash tote over him!
