Picture 3/13: Making Green Salad

Tomorrow at work, we are having a St. Paddy's Potluck.

Yes, I know tomorrow is the 14th.

Yes, I know St. Patrick's Day isn't until Monday.

I'm not certain why we are celebrating early.

I suspect it may be so that folks don't forget their food on Monday.... after 2 days of R&R.

So, in the spirit of the holiday, we were challenged to bring something green.

I chose this:

Pistachio Salad.

Mixed it up tonight. (right after this picture was taken)

Taste test passed quality control.

Yum!

It's one of my fav's!
