Spotted this in downtown Decatur:
Oh how the memories flood back....
- waiting in line to buy one of these stickers each semester at the EIU Police Department
- searching and searching and searching for an open spot as a result of the EIU P.D. selling lots and lots of stickers
- walking in from the outer lots on freezing cold mornings, or thru torrential rains
As you can tell, this does not make my "Favorite Parts About the EIU Experience" list.
