He wants to add around 5,000 more seats to Soldier Field.
So Chicago can get a Super Bowl.
Chicago is pretty much insolvent.
The State of Chicago.... I mean Illinois... is pretty much insolvent.
And Mr. Mayor wants millions more for a stadium that is still paying off debt from its big 2001 renovation.
Sure, why not.
Go for some more debt.
Just print some more money.
Stupid.
