We went to JC Penney tonight.
The store is closing. For good.
The announcement was made back in February that our JCP would soon be no more.
It's been dying for quite some time. It just couldn't compete with the style and selection of Kohl's.
We bought 5 things.... and saved a whopper of an amount:
Of course, that $387 reflects savings off the sticker price, which is always grossly inflated.
Even if you figure in what prices would have been on Black Friday, I figure the savings were still $140-160.
Whoopie!
