What a mess:

You been following what's taking place on our nation's railroads? It's bad everywhere, but the situation is horrible out in the plains, especially the northern plains.
The railroads cannot keep up.
Not enough locomotives.
Not enough crews.
Not enough track.
Too much oil.
Lots to ship, but no way to move it, as everything is backed-up, delayed, behind.
What caused this problem? Several things. (Read the article above)
But, we gotta fix it.... somehow.
Wheat harvest is coming.
