I heard rumors that Millikin University had dug up its football field.
Being the curious guy that I am, I had to see this with my own eyes.
Sure enough.... the field is gone:
And there's a gravel road across the track:
What a mess!
Even the scoreboard is being dismantled:
Their plans are to have a brand-new artificial turf field with lights (for night games) in place by Fall for the 2014 season.
Don't miss that deadline, boys!!
