Picture 7/6: Target Letters

We had to run into Target after church (and lunch) for a couple things.

While wandering around, I came across this:

Not sure why, but it fascinated me, so I made some observations:

- the only 2 that are sold-out:  "K" and the "@" sign

- there are 2 rows for both "U" and  "J" ? why carry so many of these 2 letters?

- bigger question:  why is "J" nearly sold out?

- there is not even a little stick holder for the letters "F", "Q" and "V";  I understand "Q" (sorry all you Quintins and Queenies out there);  but, why no "F" and "V"?  

Sadly, I could not find a Target associate to help answer my questions.
