Hot Hot Hot Retailers
The NRF (pronounced "nerf") has released announced this year's Hot 100 Retailers.
What's that mean??
NO !!!! Good heavens! What kinda blog do you think this is??
The Hot 100 Retailers is the National Retail Federation's annual list of the nation's fastest-growing retailers ranked by year-over-year domestic sales growth.
So, who made the list?
Well, quite frankly, a lot of stores that I've never heard of.
H&M?? Blue Nile?? Racetrac??
Here's what I found most interesting:
Bass Pro Shops at 48.
Illinois' own Aldi at 46.
Trader Joe's at 70.
Casey's gas stations at 83.
Dollar Tree at 87.
And the more expensive dollar store (Dollar General) at 40.
As for the top 10??
10-Amazon
9-Five Below
8-Cardinal Health
7-Under Armour
6-Michael Kors Holdings
5-SpartanNash
4-Conn's
3-Ascena Retail Group
2-Wayfair
1-Albertson's
I don't think we have any of those within a 50 mile radius.
#1.... a grocery store!!??!!?? WOW
and it's a far-and-away #1.
not even close.
