Oh boy, do my new running shoes make my feet feel sweet.
Yup, ladies and gentlemen, the fun is back in the run !!
Although it was hard for me to drop the bucks for them, my knees are thanking me.
The conditioning for the 5K is progressing well. Gotta get that off my bucket list.
