Picture 9/14: High School Key

I was trying to hunt down something today and came across an unexpected find:

My "key" from Senior year of high school.

I had forgotten all about the silly thing.

I decided to go with a "key" instead of a class ring, as I figured I'd lose the ring.  Plus, the ring was expensive.  And I was cheap.

This thing hung on a chain around my neck for a good chunk of 1992-93.

It eventually was given to my lovely and talented girlfriend (then fiancee, then wife) sometime in 1994.

20 years later, I haven't lost it.
