The biggest reason we need a change over in Springfield......
Being known as a customer who does not pay our obligations/invoices on a timely basis is embarrassing.
It's crappy.
It cheapens our state. It weakens our state.
Time to get this philosophy/mindset changed.
Let's vote for change.
