For me, this is quite the symbolic photo.
Almost like it was made just for me.
Just for today.
Why?
My journey "west" on "40" has its beginning today.
Yup, I turn the big 4-0.
Heading west..... eventually ending up out/down where the sun sets.
Of course, I've got a lot of livin' to do before then. My "30,000 Days" philosophy doesn't even place me at the "crest of life" until January 2016. I'll write more about that some other time here on MattChat.
In the meantime, I'm gonna grab some cake.
