The lovely Mrs. Honnold ventured over to Monticello tonight for a volleyball game.

Surprisingly, weather rolled-in that wasn't forecast for these parts, and the trip (especially coming back home) turned fairly treacherous.

Freezing rain.

That's what the van was covered with.

And the roads.

A light, slippery glaze.

She played it safe on the way home and followed the bus at about 30 MPH.

Man, was I glad to hear the garage door going up.
