Quinn Leaves Like a Jerk
Thru the years, I've done my best to try and stick-up for former governor Pat Quinn.
I've said multiple times that I really think the guy has a big heart and a genuine desire to serve humanity.
However, politics simply overwhelmed him. He did not have effective leadership and communication skills to effectively govern our great state.
Today, I read this......
In an eleventh-hour flurry Monday in Chicago, Democratic Gov. Pat Quinn signed a few final bills into law, appointed friends to ceremonial posts and laid a series of political traps for incoming Republican Gov. Bruce Rauner.
The orders were among the last actions Quinn took in a busy morning Monday as he skipped Rauner’s inauguration in Springfield.

What a jerk move.
Last day in office and he purposely sets new governor Rauner up for defeats.
What a bonehead.
I cannot stick-up for him any longer.
