Last of the Grandparents

Yesterday afternoon, my wife's grandmother (paternal side) passed away.

Erma was the last. The final of our (combined) 8 grandparents to leave this earth.

Erma 2-13-15 (age 88)

Cecil 2-2-15 (age 97) WWII VETERAN

Marie 4-8-06 (age 88)

Coy 3-7-06 (age 83) WWII VETERAN, 3 Purple Hearts

Johnny 10-30-02 (age 83) WWII VETERAN, Purple Heart

Chester 4-5-99 (age 84) WWII VETERAN

Josephine 7-8-98 (age 87)

Dorothy 6-24-96 (age 69)

An average lifespan just shy of 85 years among them.

Almost 700 combined years. WOW

What a legacy they have left to their families.
