Our oldest brought this beautiful piece of art home from school:

It's a hummingbird.

Done in "zentangle" style, I am told.

I had never heard of "zentangle", but it's very cool-looking.

Just because I am a curious guy, I went out and Googled "zentangle" and saw some awesome artwork.

It's kinda like an organized doodle.  And I am a great doodler.  

Kudos to the girls' art teacher for exposing them to new methods like this.

Zentangle away!
