Picture 3/18: Weird Carrot

I ate some mini-carrots tonight.

Including this weird one:

Rather than some type of freak carrot, I'm thinking this is an example of Siamese carrot twins.

Wonder how this happened?

Did 1 sprout from the other?

Did 2 carrots fuse together?

Or did the pair not separate at "birth"?

Who knows?

I sure hope a vegetable scientist doesn't see this picture and want the carrot twins as a specimen to examine.

Crunch. Crunch.
