Picture 3/19: So Long Black Bull

Tomorrow is the final day for me to drive my trusty steed, my Ford Taurus:

Yup.  

We have purchased a new used car, so this one is moving on to its next assignment.

This Taurus has been a great vehicle.

We've had the car almost 9 years, purchasing it from Dad and Mom back in 2006.

It's done a great job getting me to/from work and getting the family to/from various meetings, appointments, practices, and shopping trips.

But with a wide variety of ailments (serious rust issues, suspension troubles, no A/C, shorting-out turn signal, and more), it's time.

This Ford Taurus now joins the list of my great vehicles from the past:

Cranberry Red Ford Thunderbird (Grandma Jojo's)

White Buick LeSabre (Grandma Jojo's)

Blue Ford Thunderbird (first car of my own)

Green Ford Escort (first car that we owned as a couple)

Black Ford Escort

Blue Kia Sedona Van

Black Ford Taurus

Farewell Black Bull.
