I took a quick walk around downtown Decatur at lunchtime, and came across this:
I'm not sure whether it's artwork.... or graffiti..... or some "fancy" way to cover up graffiti.
But, it caught me off-guard when I saw it.
Kinda startled me to see something like this in a place where I wasn't expecting it.
Somewhat reminiscent of The Hunger Games. Right here in downtown Decatur.
