Our governor, Mighty Bruce Rauner, sure does like to talk.
Much of what he says is decent speak and has merit, especially considering the financial state of Illinois these days.
However, some of what he says is tomfoolery, spoken as if coming from a buffoon. He definitely knows how to run his mouth.
