We were in Galena IL then Dubuque IA today on our little River Road mini-vacation.
With a little pushing, and despite her initial reaction, I did get TLMH to ride the Fenelon Place Elevator (AKA 4th Street Elevator), which bills itself as the world's shortest and steepest railway.

It was a fun experience..... that I didn't have to do alone. :) YEAH
