A couple days ago, I wrote here on MattChat about an upcoming opportunity to tour the hills of Decatur's Greenwood Cemetery after dark.
Well tonight, my wifey and I did just that.
Note my word up there: "tour".
We could have walked around.
But it was very dark, and there were not many people roaming around..... especially around the oldest (coolest) sections of the cemetery.
So for our safety, we stayed in the car and drove around with just our parking lights.
The history, intrigue, and beauty of the Greenwood Cemetery is fascinating during the day.
At night, it was all the more.
