We had a bunch of princesses at our house tonight:

It was 8th grade graduation/promotion night.

Our 8th grader (now Freshman) had a bunch of friends over to her party afterwards.

Both sets of grandparents were here too, plus several friends/neighbors, as well as one of my wife's really awesome cousins.

Lots of fun and a beautiful evening.

It seems so unbelievable..... so surreal.... to think that I am now the parent of a high schooler.

Another "life milestone" reached:

First Job

H.S. Graduation

Baptism

College Graduation

Wedding

First "Real" Job

Daddyhood

5 Year Wedding Anniversary

..... then 10 Year

..... then 15 Year

Turning 40

First Kid Reaches High School

Yeah, being 40 and being the dad of a high schooler is pretty cool.

I could not be more proud of the lady she is becoming.
