It was a rainy afternoon and evening.  When all was said and done, 2.9" ended up in the rain gauge.

Here's what the view from our front porch was around 8 this evening:

Massive downpour overloading the gutters.

One of those crazy pop-up summer thunderstorms that just sits and pours.

Summer thunderstorm in spring, that is.
