School starts tomorrow.
Tonight was FirstDayOfSchool-eve open house at the elementary school.
While my lovely wife took the oldest 2 up to Argenta to their open house, I had the honor of escorting our third-grader to hers.
She carried the boxes of kleenexes.
I got to carry her (loaded) backpack:
It was fun looking around her school room. And we got to howdy some of the other teachers that our girls have had thru the years.
Plus there was free ice cream.
Free ice cream takes any event to a whole 'nuther level!
It tasted so good after toiling/sweating with that heavy backpack. ;)
