Picture 9/22: Cards from the Trip

We got home today from our quick 1-night trip to STL.

Other than the Cardinals game (see yesterday's PICTURE OF THE DAY post), we did a wide variety of other things, including:

As you can see, we visited a variety of antique stores -- Collinsville, Livingston, Litchfield.  Plus one in Fairview Heights that didn't have a card for me to pick-up.

Speaking of Fairview Heights, we parked our car there and rode the Metrolink (train) into Saint Lou.  Proof:

The ticket above is from our return trip back out of downtown.

The final card up there is from Grumpy Bob's, a store in Maryville that we came across by accident.

A very interesting store with all sorts of electronics and video game stuff, plus rooms of memorabilia, collectibles, and a few antiques.

It was worth the stop.

And we even got to meet Grumpy Bob.

He was wearing a Minions shirt.

How can anyone be grumpy and be sporting Minions at the same time?
