I had a Carson Jewelers coupon for $10 to replace 3 watch batteries, so I headed there at lunch.
The patients:
I was in and out in 15 minutes!
Great service from a guy who really knew his stuff.
Best part about this customer-focused business: he set the date and time on all 3 watches. Didn't ask for that..... he just did it.
Maybe that's customary? I was impressed though.
Out for now.......
