I've written before here on MattChat about my favorite bridge in the world (at least my favorite bridge that I've seen so far) -- the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge.

I caught a piece of Old Chain of Rocks Bridge news over Thanksgiving weekend:

"The Missouri Supreme Court threw out on Tuesday first-degree murder convictions for Reginald Clemons, who had been sentenced to death for a 1991 double murder on the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge."

The murders are a very dark spot in the rich history of the former Route 66 bridge.

I cannot imagine what the Kerry family is going thru.
