Post Office Banking
There isn't a person who can say that Bernie Sanders has no ideas.
The guy is full of ideas.
Now..... most of them are wild and crazy.
Several of them totally loony.
However, I can say that I'm tracking with what he's saying here:
"What people are forced to do is go to payday lenders who charge outrageously high interest rates. You go to check-cashing places, which rip you off. And, yes, I think that the Postal Service, in fact, can play an important role in providing modest types of banking service to folks who need it."
It's not a new idea, as post offices performed some banking services thru the mid 1960's.
And most today still offer money orders.

Is this a win-win for America? Saving the Postal Service AND helping to wean folks off of those crazy stupid payday loan places?
