Proper use of your beach ball is quite important.
Very important:
24 languages, by my count of "!" characters that appear each time after "WARNING".
No matter the end user of this ball, they definitely want to ensure that everyone knows COMPETENT SUPERVISION is required.
What they don't provide, however, is a definition of "competent".
I looked all over the ball.
