It's a start.......
Thanks Governor Rauner.
"Stopgap" is the key word.
It's not a budget.
It's no where close to resembling a budget.
It's yet another band-aid.
But, it does create some hope that leaders in Springfield recognize the pit of fiscal crapness that Illinois is in.
And recognize the importance of their role to work together and reform this state back into greatness.
Anyone who is celebrating this "stopgap" needs to deflate their balloons.
We are a LOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGG way off from having anything to celebrate.
