It's celebration time!
Decatur Celebration!!
I walked the grounds early this morning..... the quiet grounds.
Here is dawn in Central Park:
Won't be quiet for long though.
The stages are coming.
The vendors are coming.
The crowd is coming.
The 2016 edition of the most exciting annual event in Decatur has arrived.
