Never seen this before.......

Someone in quality control was asleep at the wheel when this one came down the conveyor line:

Yes, that cracker somehow got folded upon itself prior to being cooked.

I see potato chips like this all the time.  And I understand how that happens.

But a cracker?

Weird.
