Prior to heading home tonight, I strolled around the Christmas Walk in downtown Decatur.

I was there right at the start.  It was quite chilly, and the crowds hadn't really arrived yet.

But, the horse-drawn carriage was running and already very busy.

I snapped this photo of the carriage headed down beautiful Merchant Street:

Business, community events and the arts are really thriving in downtown Decatur these days.

It's a very cool deal.
