Walking thru downtown St. Louis last night on our way back to the hotel, we came across this fella:
Mr. Shiny Butt
Lettin' it all hang out there across the street from Union Station.
Somewhat reminiscent of this dude:
There were some ladies too -- in the same state of dress...... or undress -- but I didn't take any photos of them.
