We had to order in a new internet modem:

Something about outdated docsis 2.0 needing to be upgraded to docsis 3.0.

Not exactly sure what that means or why it's important.  Technology blah blah blah.

But it was a cheap thing to get done -- thank you for the bargain walmart.com!
