Picture 3/12: Bouncy Balls

Spotted this leaving County Market this afternoon:

Brought back a fun memory of childhood.

We'd go to the Paris K-Mart rather frequently -- 3,4,5 times a month.

There was one of these bouncy ball machines at the exit of K-Mart.  Quite often, I'd drop a coin in and get a ball as we were leaving.

I remember having a rather sizable collection -- maybe 30 or 40 of them?

You'll notice that the machine above is a 25-center.  I'm thinking the machine at Paris K-Mart was a 10-center.

Inflation.

I may be wrong on that though (the 10-cent part, not the inflation part).

And just to satisfy your curious mind...... no, I did not come home from County Market with a bouncy ball.
