Had a blast of a day with our Sophomore.
We started by volunteering at the Good Samaritan Inn, helping serve a breakfast-style lunch to a great bunch of individuals and families.
After a little break, we headed to the Macon County Animal Shelter to take volunteer orientation.
Before leaving, we dropped by the kitty relax room where several were relaxing.
Including this dude:

He was quite comfy in his little box.
Somewhat annoyed that I invaded his space to give him a good pettin'.
