Found a buck laying out in the grass of the Decatur Civic Center.
Not your conventional buck though.......
Someone's cashout ticket from the machines at the KC Hall.
Now I wonder....... with the KC Hall located only 2 blocks from where I found this ticket, is it possible it was a plant? Intentionally placed on the ground in downtown Decatur in order to draw the finder into the KC Hall? In hopes that said person would wager WAAAAY more than just a buck on the machines?
Hmmmmmmmm.
I'll be placing this $1 on red. If I somehow multiply it into millions, every MattChat reader gets a cut. ;)
