I really don't care if people elect to use their disposable income on the purchase of lottery tickets.
"To each his own."
What I do care about is when I find their tickets flittering across the parking lot.
Blowing across the road/sidewalk.
Laying in the gutter.
This pair was at the intersection of Water and North Streets in Decatur.
Losers.......
......left as litter by a loser.
