HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

I had a wonderful Dad's Day!!

The ladies took me over to Champaign for lunch at Portillo's.

Plus a delicious after-lunch treat as well:

This'll have to do for my "picture of the day", as I cannot show you an actual shot of the cake itself.

It was devoured too quickly!

"Legendary" -- yup!  absolute delishishness!!
