Picture 9/25: Big Ol Spider

This picture does not adequately convey the size of the spider in our backyard:

He lives in/on/around our shed and always seems to be in construction mode on his web.

The guy is a real worker.

Which makes me feel just a little bit mean when I knock down his web (as I've done twice now).

Sure hope he doesn't unite a bunch of friends against me.

Can anyone say "arachnophobia"?
