Picture 10/8: Shudder For Shutters

It was decided that today was to be "Take Down the Shutters Day".

(time to powerwash and repaint them)

What's this mean?

Well..... to get the shutters down, I have to go up.

Way up.

To the top of the extension ladder (on loan from our neighbor).

Me:  shuddering for shutters.

All is good though.  No slips or falls.
