What an absolutely terrible error, mistake, failure, etc. out in Hawaii today:
Put yourself in the shoes of the recipient.
Can you imagine what goes thru a mind when a text like this is received?
Absolute horror. Terror. Fear.
Whatever failure of the system allowed this text to be sent erroneously needs to be fixed immediately.
Not just in Hawaii. Everywhere.
This is not an issue where "crying wolf" has any place. Lives are at stake.
