While out on the west side of St. Lou, I visited a couple of places that had been on my bucket list.
Antique mall. (more in that in the next post)
and Route 66 State Park
They've got a really cool Visitor Center and museum there -- well worth the stop, especially if you're a Route 66 and/or history buff.
You can only access the Visitor Center from the St. Louis side of the Meramec River, however.
The old Route 66 bridge is in need of a little rehab, eh?
